Luna
Thanks to our truly amazing supporters! You donated 100% of the money we need to give Luna her new knees! If Luna's cause touched you, and you would like to contribute toward improving the lives of other animals like Luna, please donate below to "The Luna Fund". In the past we have used such funds to repair the legs of a kitty found riddled with buckshot, to give kittens the heart surgeries they need, and to cure dogs of heartworm infections. With your support, we can help the next animal in need.

Snap! Crackle! Pop! No, it’s not the sound that the wonderful puffed rice cereal makes when you pour milk on it, but rather the unfortunate sounds that Luna’s back legs make when she walks. That’s right, poor Luna has TWO kneecaps that pop out of place—in fact, one of them is permanently out of place. Ouch! The good news is that there is a surgical procedure that can repair Luna’s rear legs and allow her to live a normal, healthy and pain-free life. Given Luna’s rough start in life as a rescued kitty who has never known a home of her very own, we want to make sure that the rest of her life is comfortable; filled with the love, affection and care that she deserves.
The generous veterinarians at the Veterinary Surgical Referral Practice fell in love with Luna when they met her and have graciously offered to repair BOTH of Luna’s painful knees for an extremely reduced price. Luna needs $1500 to have the surgeries which will undoubtedly eliminate her pain and give her the opportunity to find a home of her very own.
Please help us provide Luna the relief that she needs. No contribution toward her care is too small. Check back often, as we will provide regular updates of her recovery!
