Animal Personality: Veda is a special kitty who loves to be rubbed all over and will roll on her back for an extensive stretch and belly rub session. Sweet Veda is aptly named because she seems to understand us when we speak 'cat' to her. She listens intently when we meow at her, often meowing back, and sometimes begins to search for the little talking cat. It really is cute! Veda adores other cats and would be happiest in a home with another cat and even a dog!. Veda is FIV/FeLV negative and litterbox trained. Could Veda come chat with you for a while?

Animal History: Veda and her sister, Ursula were found living outdoors in a very dangerous area. They have adapted very well to the good life of foster care, but are eager to settle into a permanent home they can call their own.
Special Needs: Veda is a very nice kitty, who is just full of personality and spunk. She has been in foster care for quite some time, most likely because she didn't attend the "this is how we act to get adopted class," which is offered to all new foster cats. Instead, Veda takes some time to get to know new people and is a little too fearful of all the excitement of an adoption event. So, how could anyone know what a wonderful kitty she is?
