Special Needs: Jessie is a sweet kitty who forms a close attachment to HER person. In the comfort of her foster home she is both playful and cuddly, with a purr switch stuck in the ON position. Jessie is in particular need of an understanding adopter because she takes a long time to get used to new places and people. Her foster mom just loves Jessie and knows that someone special will see through her shy exterior to the sweetheart underneath.
