Maddux is one of the most laidback and gentle kitties that you will ever find! Maddux has NEVER met a stranger! He will come right up to you and get in your lap. Even though Maddux is young, he is very calm and is content to just have people around. He loves to eat and has never missed a meal of yummy canned food! After Maddux rubs up against you and gives you lots of love, he hops in his little cat bed for a snooze. He's such a little Casanova and will steal your heart!

Poor Maddux has been shuffled around - a lot! He first showed up as a stray in a kind lady's driveway in October. Tireless attempts to find his home and owner were unsuccessful. Maddux then found a home but could not adjust to the family dog. This family found Maddux another new home but then his owner decided to adopt a dog which terrified Maddux - he stayed on top of the kitchen cabinets for almost an entire month (except for when the dog was in its crate at night). Fortunately for sweet Maddux, he finally found his way into IAR foster care and they are determined to make sure Maddux finally finds his purrfect forever home!
Maddux is staying at Petco Renaissance Parkway right now. You can visit him any time the store is open.
