All About Me

Dapper medium-haired tuxedo kitten.

If you're looking for a lifetime of entertainment, look no further: Orville's antics will keep you laughing. He's sweet, loving, super snuggly, and full of the urge to explore. He spends his days snuggling with his brother/bestie Wilbur (what's not to love about a pair of kittens named after the Wright Brothers?) Although they can't fly, these kittens are pretty remarkable for their sweet dispositions and tolerance with children.

Orville is the adventurer of the pair, as he loves climbing the cat tower, and is always curious about what his humans are up to. When he was a tiny kitten, he wanted nothing so much as to be right where his foster mom was, so she wore him around in her apron pocket while she cooked. He's now too big for the apron pocket, but remains a snuggle bug.

Both of his foster caregivers have remarked that this is the nicest litter of kittens they've ever had. Orville will adjust well to any home, so long as he has a kitty playmate to keep him entertained. He has grown up with adult cats and other kittens, a dog, and children, and is well socialized to all.

History

Orville and his brother Wilbur were abandoned by their Mama Cat in Durham in September. They were rescued by IAR, and bottle fed. Like many bottle fed kittens, Orville is very person-oriented, and extremely friendly.

Orville would especially love to be adopted with his brother Wilbur, his foster littermate Dolly, or another IAR kitten - he makes friends easily with other cats, and seems to love everyone!
