Phoebe is a fuzzy grey tabby kitten. With her white socks and chest she looks like a little grey tuxie.

Phoebe is the smallest kitten in her foster home, but she has no trouble keeping up with the big boys and girls! She loves to pounce on their tails and she follows them up and down the cat tower with ease. Because she went into foster care at such a young age, she was a bottle fed baby. This means she's very attached to her humans, and very snuggly. She will want you to be her person! Phoebe needs to be adopted with her foster sister, Lucy. They are an adorable bonded pair with their matching tuxedo markings. She also does great with the energetic dogs, young adult cats, and school-aged kids in her foster home.
