Animal History: Tanner was rescued from a rural N.C. shelter one day before he was scheduled to be euthanized.
Special Needs: As soon as you meet this loving young man, you will fall in love. Tanner is so sweet and gentle. He would make a tremendous companion for any type of family that can give him the love and attention that he so deserves. He has so much to offer as a companion. Tanner is a quick learner and is driven by praise and positive attention. He loves people very much but also loves his four-legged friends. Tanner is a follower and looks to other for guidance. Tanner must go to a home that has another dog. Better yet, check out his sister Hannah. They make a dynamic pair and have would make an awesome addition to any family. If you are looking for some good exercise, Tanner would make an awesome agility dog.
