Forever Homes

Minerva (formerly Emma) was adopted last summer by Libby and Sean. She joined Quinn (formerly Jerry), whom they had adopted from IAR the year before. They're one big (very) happy family now! (March, 2010)

Teddy & Trapper (now Kumar & Harold) were adopted together in November. Though they're getting to be big cats, they still play like kittens, says Julia. (March, 2010)

Do you think Nemo and Riley are happy in their forever home? Though they came from different IAR foster homes, Christine says that they have become such good buddies. (March 2010)

Baxter came from a home with 10 cats, but has now found his forever home with Sherry, who lets him be sole king of his castle. Does he look happy? (Feb. 2010)

Remember the mom of the Bakers' Dozen puppies? Here she is, with her forever family, happily sledding in the snow. No empty nest syndrome here! (Feb. 2010)

Abby & Asa (now Max & Roo) were able to stay together when they went to live with their new mom, Alison. What a nice window ornament they make! (Feb. 2010)

Bailey & Piper are two sisters who were adopted by Sylvie two years ago. They are so happy, and have even learned to get along with the two resident birds, without looking upon them as food! (Jan. 2010)

Scarlet & Butternut (formerly MayMay) look like peaceful jungle cats in this beautifully composed picture. Anne-Marie and Bill say that these two lucky sisters are the "golden retrievers of cats." (Jan. 2010)
