Blitzen, one of the famous Rein-Pups, is getting bigger and bigger. The Reddys have renamed him Rocky, and say that he is about to graduate from puppy school.

Though his official name is Harvey, he's known as 'muffin man' by Brooke and David, because he's always 'making biscuits'.
